Corrloc Feed Table
The CorrLoc Feed Table is the first step in the CorrLoc Rail production process. Scored pads are prepared for assembly and fed into the Adhesive Applicator.
- Steel construction with Plywood top
- Built to match Adhesive Applicator for smooth feed
- Steel edge for aid in breaking scored corrugate

Corrloc Adhesive Applicator
The CorrLoc Adhesive Applicator is the component of the CorrLoc production line that applies adhesive to the scored corrugate pad, which will be assembled into a CorrLoc Rail.
- Adjustable to accommodate various CorrLoc Rail configurations
- Capacity of processing approximately 10,000LF in a 8 hour shift (equivalent of 2,500 pieces of 48” CorrLoc Rail)
- 1-2 operators depending on volume requirement
- 110 volt power requirement
- Continuous pneumatic 2:1 pump for constant adhesive replenishment
- Easy clean up
Corrloc Clamp Table
The CorrLoc Clamp Table is the final step in the CorrLoc Rail assembly process. The glued and fully assembled CorrLoc Rail is placed into the clamp tray and compressed for a specified duration.
- Maximum size capacity of a 4 ½ x 4 ½ x 120” CorrLoc Rail
- Minimum size capacity of a 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ x 120” CorrLoc Rail
- Capacity of processing approximately 10,000LF in a 8 hour shift (equivalent of 2,500 pieces of 48” CorrLoc Rail)
- 1 – 4 operators depending on volume required
- Pneumatically controlled clamps at 80psi
Corrloc Pneumatic Adhesive Wand
The CorrLoc Pneumatic Adhesive Wand is a portable adhesive applicator that is typically used with the assembly press, but can be utilized in other applications. It is a pressurized adhesive vessel, with a trigger activated applicator wand.
- 5-gallon capacity
- Adjustable flow rate
- Pneumatic pressurization at 80psi
- Locking caster wheels for easy movement
- Quick change and adjustable applicator tips
- Waste adhesive catch basis for improved housekeeping
Corrloc Assembly Press
The CorrLoc Assembly Press is used to complete the finished assembly process for various CorrLoc related products. CorrLoc Pallets as an example can be produced on this piece of equipment.
- Maximum size capacity of a 51” x 51” x 6” product
- Allen Bradley PLC with electrically controlled pneumatic press
- 110volt power requirement
- 80psi with 350 pounds of downforce
- Cycle times adjustable depending on product
- Capable of 400 – 500 pallets produced in 8 hours
- 1 operator required
- Custom jigs required depending on product
CorrLoc Product Stacking Cart

The CorrLoc Product Stacking Cart is a metal framed, fixed sided rack for stacking finished CorrLoc Rails off of your CorrLoc Assembly Line.
